Beson- ders das Erreichen des Passivhausstandards spielte bei der Entwicklung des Systems eine große Rolle. Das Isolatorkonzept reduziert den Wärmetransport durch eine neuartige Kontur des Isolators und eine innenliegende Reflexionsfläche aus Aluminium, mit der die Wärmeemission im Glasfalz zusätzlich stark reduziert wird. Weitere Kammern im Isolator verrin- gern die Konvektion und verbessern die Wärmedäm- mung. AOC 50/60 TI.SI Lichtdachkonstruktionen und großflächige Vertikal- fassaden sind mühelos in Passivhausqualität mit den neuen Schüco Aufsatzkonstruktionen in 50 mm und 60 mm auf Holz (TI) herstellbar. Die Uf -Werte der Sys- temkonstruktion liegen auf Holz bis 0,8 W/m²K (inklu- sive Schraubeneinfluss) und entsprechen somit den strengen Anforderungen des Passivhausstandard. Besonders im Bereich der 3-fach-Verglasungen sind große Scheibendimensionen für die neue AOC-Konstruktion hinsichtlich Lastabtragung und Schraubenführung durch innovative und patentierte Systemartikel kein Problem. AOC 50/60 TI.SI With the new Schüco add-on system construc- tions on timber (TI), in a system width of 50 mm and 60 mm, skylight constructions and large vertical façades can be easily manufactured in Passive House quality. The Uf -values of the system construction on timber can be as low as 0.8 W/m²K (including screw factor) and match the stringent requirements of the Passive House standard. Particularly in the case of triple glazing, large dimensions pose no problem for the new AOC construction in terms of load transfer and screw locating, owing to innovative and patent- ed system articles. AOC 50/60 ST.SI The new Schüco add-on construction on steel (ST), in a system width of 50 mm and 60 mm, combines energy-efficient construction with very large glass dimensions, for a more flexible design. During the development of the system, particular emphasis was placed on the compliance of the Passive House stan- dard. The isolator design reduces heat transfer by means of a new type of contour on the isolator and an internal reflective aluminum surface, which heav- ily reduces the heat emissions in the glazing rebate. Additional chambers in the isolator reduce convec- tion and improve thermal insulation.
